Spectators: 47 (Terracing: 36, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. After having played for 4 minutes, Delmiro Ferrer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barbudos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Ferrer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 5 minutes into the match, Delmiro Ferrer notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 8 minutes into the game, Barbudos FC's Delmiro Ferrer nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. 12 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Gareth Bala came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 12 minutes into the game, Barbudos FC's Gareth Bala nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. After 24 played minutes, Barbudos FC's Gareth Bala shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benito Sanz came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Barbudos FC reached it. In the 27th minute, Delmiro Ferrer made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. After having played for 34 minutes, Delmiro Ferrer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barbudos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Delmiro Ferrer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Barbudos FC's Delmiro Ferrer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benito Sanz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benito Sanz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Delmiro Ferrer's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Delmiro Ferrer scored 0-5 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Benito Sanz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Delmiro Ferrer in the 43rd minute of the match. Delmiro Ferrer took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-6 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Delmiro Ferrer to make the kick off. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Efrain Moruga hit a great ball. 56 minutes into the match, Delmiro Ferrer notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eliseo Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Omar Abadia having to interfere. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Delmiro Ferrer kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Barbudos FC made a substitution. Franco Beccari replaced Delmiro Ferrer. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Beccari in the 65th minute of play. In the 68th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Efrain Moruga to maneuver through the defense. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Barbudos FC's Franco Beccari. But to his dismay, Franco Beccari quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. The audience was convinced that Franco Beccari's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. In the 77th minute, Franco Beccari ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Franco Beccari in the 81st minute of play. Benito Sanz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Barbudos FC's Franco Beccari shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-11 in the ordered_time% minute. 86 minutes into the game, Franco Beccari cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-12. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Conrado Garci recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Franco Beccari had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 95th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Carballo to maneuver through the defense. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 97th minute, when Franco Beccari scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 0-13. When the match was over Barbudos FC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Costa Rica throughout the match.
