Yağızalp Sayyad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 13th minute of the match. Peru were awarded a corner in the 14th minute after The Conqueror's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Luz Tejedor took the corner. The corner led to Peru's Alonso Berganza getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 17th minute of play forced The Conqueror's goalkeeper Yağızalp Sayyad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, The Conqueror's Yağızalp Sayyad got control of the ball when Julian Murillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uğur Akdurmuş in the 21st minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 26th match minute, The Conqueror was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Livio Prieto to maneuver through the defense. Emmanuel Reyes got a throw-in 31 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Julian Murillo. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uğur Akdurmuş in the 35th minute of play. The Conqueror's Yağızalp Sayyad proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save The Conqueror from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute of the match, Julian Murillo tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Yağızalp Sayyad saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Milagros Fraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Yağızalp Sayyad tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Uğur Akdurmuş to strike the kick off in the second half. Yağızalp Sayyad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. In the 56th match minute, The Conqueror was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Armando Demario to maneuver through the defense. Uğur Akdurmuş recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yağızalp Sayyad. Yağızalp Sayyad dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Rolando Noboa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Ponte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uğur Akdurmuş in the 69th minute of play. Yağızalp Sayyad showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luz Tejedor in the 70th minute of the match. 74 minutes into the match, Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Uğur Akdurmuş came free, but Rolando Noboa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Armando Demario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Conqueror's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Peru the free kick. After 75 played minutes The Conqueror got a freekick which was hit by Armando Demario. Yağızalp Sayyad made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 79th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yağızalp Sayyad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luz Tejedor in the 90th minute of play forced The Conqueror's goalkeeper Yağızalp Sayyad to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Peru's Julian Murillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yağızalp Sayyad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Conqueror's Yağızalp Sayyad played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 96th minute of play. When the referee ended the match the Peru players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
