After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Edílson Souza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. Edílson Souza scored 0-5 in the 39th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 44th play minutes Edílson Souza shot 0-6, a short shot which went by Lautaro Navarro and just under the crossbar into goal. When Fifth Chicken's Edílson Souza in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Edmundo Espiga was the one to do the kick off. Honduras's Sebastian Villa got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dobri Koks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edílson Souza in the 54th minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dobri Koks made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Espiga in the 56th minute of play. 61 minutes into the game, Krzysztof Dziewedik threw the ball into play from the sideline. Honduras's Christian Sancho quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 64th minute Fifth Chicken were awarded a corner. Kazimierz Sliwinski went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Fifth Chicken's Edílson Souza to fire away a dangerous shot which Lautaro Navarro despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Fifth Chicken's Edílson Souza. But to his dismay, Edílson Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. In the 78th minute, Honduras's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mieszko Borkowski fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fifth Chicken's Krzysztof Wodaszak suffered a concussion after 84 minutes and had to leave the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sebastian Villa during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Kazimierz Siekierski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kazimierz Siekierski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Fifth Chicken eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
