Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Hazım Türegün made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 6 minutes into the match, Rodeo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lautaro Puig came free, but Aquilino Umbruso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 7th minute Hazım Türegün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rodeo FC's Robertinho Lewandowski quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Hugo Ferrant, made in the 12th minute of the game. 13 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Hazım Türegün came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rd minute Robertinho Lewandowski suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. Rodeo FC's Jimeno Bonadona was substituted for Robertinho Lewandowski. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Hugo Ferrant hit a great ball. 26 minutes into the match, Hazım Türegün notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 31st minute, Arnoldo Pacho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 38 minutes into the game, Rodeo FC's Hazım Türegün nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Hazım Türegün's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute Hazım Türegün shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Hugo Ferrant got a free kick in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eliseo Noboa to strike the kick off in the second half. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hazım Türegün in the 52nd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Hazım Türegün reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Sanz. The goal made the score 0-4. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Hazım Türegün tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Hazım Türegün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goal looked a bit too open when Hazım Türegün came free, but Benito Sanz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hazım Türegün. In the 71st minute, Hazım Türegün left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rodeo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 80th minute, when Melchor Mikelats scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 0-6. Melchor Mikelats might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Melchor Mikelats ran back to his position shaking his head. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 88th minute, when Melchor Mikelats scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 0-7. The throw-in from Axel Tasis in the 91st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Rodeo FC's Arnoldo Pacho. In the 92nd minute, Rodeo FC's Melchor Mikelats ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-8. Juan Rubio was shown his second yellow card after 96 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Juan Rubio got a free kick in the 96th minute. The Costa Rica fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Rodeo FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
