TeReFerere's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Franciszek Marud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Moises Fernandino in the 15th minute of the match. The supporters of El Salvador booed when TeReFerere was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacy Sebzda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 21 minutes of play, TeReFerere's Boguslaw Piglowski made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ricardo Zorita was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Tanek Chuchro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 44 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Marco Tamayo. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Moises Fernandino to strike the kick off in the second half. Ignacy Pieprz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57th minute, TeReFerere's Pankracy Podowski ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Ricardo Zorita. After 69 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Abram Luque. When TeReFerere's Boguslaw Piglowski in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Abram Luque hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. Pankracy Podowski could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Ricardo Zorita made a huge save. TeReFerere's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
