Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Tomas Illescas made the kick off which started today's match. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gary Pettifer in the 36th minute of the match. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Olly Paley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. Stephen Clapham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Stephen Clapham to make the kick off. In the 50th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Gaos to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Silvester Odell stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Silvester Odell tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 76th minute, Stephen Clapham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Clapham in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of Venezuela booed when Stickleback Utd Xl was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvester Odell didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes in the game, Stephen Clapham dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 92nd minute, Wilson Piazza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
