Dieter Breves could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Pedro Manzanares made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dieter Breves got free with Pedro Manzanares in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 18th minute of play forced LKS Do Bigosu's goalkeeper Dominik Kosakowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the LKS Do Bigosu defense, Axel Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dominik Kosakowski. The LKS Do Bigosu fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dominik Kosakowski should have stopped the shot. The supporters of LKS Do Bigosu booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Mastache didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 27th minute, Dieter Breves ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pedro Manzanares was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Dominik Kosakowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santino Seco in the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, LKS Do Bigosu's Dieter Breves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, Abram Sarmiento had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dominik Kosakowski. LKS Do Bigosu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abram Sarmiento was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. 38 minutes into the match, LKS Do Bigosu's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Montenegro came free, but Dominik Kosakowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 41st minute, Sezai Hünerli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. LKS Do Bigosu were furious when Roland Radziszewski was red carded, 44 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in LKS Do Bigosu fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! In the 45th minute there was a penalty for Colombia. Axel Montenegro stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Dominik Kosakowski. 3-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dieter Breves to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Axel Montenegro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Dominik Kosakowski. The goal made the score 3-4. LKS Do Bigosu's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joaquin Isoba in the 81st minute. Dieter Breves blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pedro Manzanares having to make a save. Dieter Breves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Colombia supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Colombia would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
