Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) After 2 minutes, Joshua Secada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the BELİZE CK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 2nd match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joshua Secada to maneuver through the defense. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dilmen Kutlubay during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Venezuela booed when BELİZE CK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dilmen Kutlubay didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Songurbey Ulutaş having to interfere. Sandrinho Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. In the 16th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Songurbey Ulutaş saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Osman Nuri Önen came free with the goalkeeper in the 20th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Ferrant could save by the left post. In the 21st minute of the match BELİZE CK got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Szczepan Hajder ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jonathan Venegas got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Szczepan Hajder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Szczepan Hajder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 24 minutes of play, Venezuela's Patricio Costa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Songurbey Ulutaş was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Osman Nuri Önen tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 30th minute of the game Dilmen Kutlubay made a throw-in which Yu Xiang played forward. 35 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Songurbey Ulutaş. BELİZE CK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After having played for 38 minutes, Sandrinho Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. BELİZE CK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sandrinho Torres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half Venezuela were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

In the 51st minute, Camilo Gaos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Szczepan Hajder in the 56th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Szczepan Hajder in the 56th minute of play. When Patricio Costa came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Venezuela fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patricio Costa couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by BELİZE CK's Szczepan Hajder. But to his dismay, Szczepan Hajder quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yu Xiang in the 76th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomas Illescas who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 81stth minute tested the skills of Songurbey Ulutaş when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 84 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. The audience was convinced that Sandrinho Torres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jonathan Ferrant was relentless in the 85th minute of the game. Patricio Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Songurbey Ulutaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patricio Costa in the 96th minute of play forced BELİZE CK's goalkeeper Songurbey Ulutaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Although BELİZE CK had been in control for most of the match, Venezuela still came away with the win.
