Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Panama's Tomas Berganza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute, Abraham Alguacil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pompiliu Nisporeanu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 8th minute, Matthew Garrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 14 played minutes F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- got a freekick which was hit by Dinu Roşu. Pompiliu Nisporeanu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Berganza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 23 minutes into the match, Panama's goal looked a bit too open when Mugur Ulici came free, but Marcos Cotilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute, Tomas Berganza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mugur Ulici in the 26th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Dinu Roşu got a free kick in the 28th minute. After a rather tough play, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Mugur Ulici got a free kick in the 32nd minute. 35 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Udroiu. The crowd rose to their feet as F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Doru Săvescu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 2-1 after 36 minutes of play. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Iulian Cangeopol in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pompiliu Nisporeanu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Albert Ciorănescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Doru Săvescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Felix Udroiu to strike the kick off in the second half. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Felix Udroiu. But to his dismay, Felix Udroiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Pompiliu Nisporeanu in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Pompiliu Nisporeanu was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Isidoro Sarmiento capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Isidoro Sarmiento really showed his touch with that goal: 3-2. Dinu Roşu kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s zone, Tomas Berganza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pompiliu Nisporeanu came out of the goal and Tomas Berganza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iulian Cangeopol in the 62nd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Iulian Cangeopol in the 65th minute of the match. Tomas Berganza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 67th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felipe Ros to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Abraham Alguacil got free with Pompiliu Nisporeanu in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Jovan Markovič got a free kick in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abraham Alguacil in the 72nd minute of play forced F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s goalkeeper Pompiliu Nisporeanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Felix Udroiu ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Udroiu in the 82nd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Felipe Ros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Ros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Panama booed when F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ştefan Mureșan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 91 minutes, Abraham Alguacil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abraham Alguacil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 93 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Ros. After 94 minutes of play, F.C. DIANU 76 -Stiinta-'s Felix Udroiu made it 5-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there!
