Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The supporters of Honduras booed when Guttane was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bjørn Bryn didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edmundo Espiga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bent Espenes having to interfere. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Valentín Carvallo hit a great ball. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Bent Espenes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A sloppy throw-in by Lasse Nøkleby in the 15th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Luca Espinar. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bjørn Bryn, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After 18 minutes Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ingvar Træet who took care of the corner kick. After some careless play in the Guttane defense, Edmundo Espiga kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bent Espenes. The Guttane fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bent Espenes should have stopped the shot. Audun Lindvik sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Guttane's Bent Espenes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 46th minute of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Roar Wold made the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute, Roar Wold hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bent Espenes came out and tried to block the shot, but Sebastian Villa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-2 in the 63rd minute. Guttane's Audun Lindvik managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Milagros Cabal in the 66 minute of the game. Honduras's Edmundo Espiga got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Guttane's zone, Sebastian Villa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bent Espenes came out of the goal and Sebastian Villa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bent Espenes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luca Espinar in the 75th minute of play. After 76 minutes Guttane's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmundo Espiga who took care of the corner kick. Edmundo Espiga made a great header on Honduras's corner, it was just that Guttane's Bent Espenes managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 78th minute, Roar Wold made a precise shot to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2.
