Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Costa Rica's Axel Tasis started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Roar Wold succeeded in the game's 4th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. Eliseo Noboa hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christer Fiskvik in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Hugo Ferrant threw the ball into play from the sideline. Guttane's Roar Wold quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Odd Sørdal in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Benito Sanz, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Puig in the 18th minute of play forced Guttane's goalkeeper Bjørnar Kaasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bjørnar Kaasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Noboa in the 19th minute of the match. The corner ended in Aaron Alcocer almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Guttane's Bjørnar Kaasa did a great save. Odd Sørdal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. Odd Sørdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 30 minutes into the match, Guttane's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Tasis came free, but Bjørnar Kaasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd play minute Odd Sørdal came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Benito Sanz. 3-0. Guttane's Odd Sørdal got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Cornelius Nilssen sent off a good shot on target. After 44 played minutes Christer Fiskvik rounded Costa Rica's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 5-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 5-0 at half-time.

Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christer Fiskvik in the 62nd minute of play. After 76 minutes of play, Guttane's Christer Fiskvik made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Tasis in the 78th minute of play forced Guttane's goalkeeper Bjørnar Kaasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute, Odd Sørdal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Guttane fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Axel Tasis got free with Bjørnar Kaasa in the 85th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Odd Sørdal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benito Sanz having to interfere. Bjørnar Kaasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 91st minute of the match. If Roar Wold had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute of the match, Axel Tasis got a very nice opportunity to score, but Bjørnar Kaasa was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
