Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by SK8 4 lif3's Jeferson Melo. But to his dismay, Jeferson Melo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rigoberto Mina during the 8th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Rigoberto Mina hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dick Ros went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jeferson Melo went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Jeferson Melo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. SK8 4 lif3's Jeferson Melo got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of SK8 4 lif3 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. SK8 4 lif3's David Trezeguet got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jeferson Melo in the 28th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dick Ros in the 31st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 32nd minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 33rd minute of the match Jeferson Melo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jonathan Ferrant showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Jose Correa's late challenge caught a SK8 4 lif3's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Correa helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SK8 4 lif3 booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Correa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Dick Ros managed to get in a good position for a shot. SK8 4 lif3's supporters rose to their feet, but Dick Ros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Dick Ros came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute Jeferson Melo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dick Ros, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by David Trezeguet in the 51st minute. 57 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson Melo came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dick Ros in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. SK8 4 lif3's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jeferson Melo in the 60th minute. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Rigoberto Mina got a free kick in the 62nd minute. 63 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Dick Ros came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas's late challenge caught a SK8 4 lif3's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tomas Illescas helped the player get up and apologised. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Jeferson Melo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. János Gerencsér showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. A hard shot by Barrie Kemp from long distance, 70 minutes into the match, got Jonathan Ferrant's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. 73 minutes into the game, David Trezeguet cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 81st minute of play forced SK8 4 lif3's goalkeeper János Gerencsér to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when David Trezeguet sent off a good shot on target. SK8 4 lif3's Antony Ferrant was substituted for Dick Ros. SK8 4 lif3's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Manga Joó in the 85th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Tomas Illescas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. János Gerencsér was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With an all-out effort, SK8 4 lif3's Jonathan Ferrant threw himself towards the right post 91 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Manga Joó, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The Venezuela supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SK8 4 lif3's performance. The match ended with a win for SK8 4 lif3.
