The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Witalis Chmielecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Radomil Bielatowicz in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 16 played minutes MZKS Sharks Gdynia got a freekick which was hit by Lucjan Huchro. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Niek Wander tried to sneak it across the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Niek Wander had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niek Wander was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Radomil Bielatowicz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 28th minute. The score was now 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jonathan Venegas during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 31st minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. In the 34th minute Radomil Bielatowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Artur Rakiewicz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Artur Rakiewicz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alex Chicote kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Artur Rakiewicz sent off a good shot on target. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. After 45 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jose Correa. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Radomil Bielatowicz to make the kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomil Bielatowicz in the 51st minute of play. A collision led to MZKS Sharks Gdynia getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Lucjan Huchro hit a great ball. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Radomil Bielatowicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Niek Wander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jonathan Ferrant having to interfere. If Artur Rakiewicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 76th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Chicote to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Radomil Bielatowicz in the 78th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. In the 80th minute Radomil Bielatowicz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
