Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ferdinand Lucescu kicked off to start the match. Gavril Calciu made in the 6th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Petruț Stoiciu. Mateo Leguizamo's late challenge caught a Calfachioi AC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mateo Leguizamo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th match minute, El Salvador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mateo Leguizamo to maneuver through the defense. After 11 minutes of play El Salvador's Mateo Leguizamo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. El Salvador's Ricardo Zorita played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdinand Lucescu in the 14th minute of play. Ferdinand Lucescu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Ricardo Zorita tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Calfachioi AC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Marin Donose hit a great ball. Jorge Magrina hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After 23 played minutes Calfachioi AC got a freekick which was hit by Manole Busuioceanu. After 29 played minutes El Salvador got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Magrina. In the 30th minute of the match Petruț Stoiciu shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ricardo Zorita showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ferdinand Lucescu in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ricardo Zorita prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Ioan Rădvan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Moises Fernandino in the 37th minute of play forced Calfachioi AC's goalkeeper Damian Şchiopu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abram Luque kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Moises Fernandino stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the game, Calfachioi AC's Petruț Stoiciu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Zorita made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. After a rather tough play, Calfachioi AC's Manole Busuioceanu got a free kick in the 57th minute. With his leg Damian Şchiopu managed to avoid a goal in the 65thth minute, when El Salvador's Moises Fernandino fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Abram Luque came up free with the goalie in the 74th minute, the El Salvador fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abram Luque couldn't finish the play. After 81 played minutes Calfachioi AC got a freekick which was hit by Manole Busuioceanu. Abram Luque charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abram Luque the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to El Salvador getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Abram Luque hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ferdinand Lucescu in the 85th minute of play forced El Salvador's goalkeeper Ricardo Zorita to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ferdinand Lucescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute, Ioan Rădvan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Calfachioi AC had played much better football throughout.
