Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Luís Gustavo Pimenta started the match with the kick off. Inko Sagrario hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Cai Fei Cheng didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Luís Gustavo Pimenta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 14th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jose Correa to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Luís Gustavo Pimenta scored to the left of an out of position Jonathan Ferrant, making the score, 1-1. Placido Trabado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luís Gustavo Pimenta in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Luís Gustavo Pimenta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luís Gustavo Pimenta's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 29 played minutes Mesere got a freekick which was hit by Inko Sagrario. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Gustavo Pimenta in the 33rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Cai Fei Cheng tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute Luís Gustavo Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. When Behe Ruisuarez came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Mesere fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Behe Ruisuarez couldn't finish the play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by Mesere's Serafin Cernadas. But to his dismay, Serafin Cernadas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luís Gustavo Pimenta in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. After having played for 59 minutes, Behe Ruisuarez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mesere's supporters crossed their fingers, but Behe Ruisuarez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Mesere getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Anatoli Búnev hit a great ball. Anatoli Búnev made in the 63rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Behe Ruisuarez. 64 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Luís Gustavo Pimenta came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Luís Gustavo Pimenta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Behe Ruisuarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 81 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Venegas. In the 82nd minute, Luís Gustavo Pimenta made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Luís Gustavo Pimenta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Mesere's supporters rose to their feet, but Luís Gustavo Pimenta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jonathan Ferrant breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Pimenta, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. When Mesere's Luís Gustavo Pimenta in the 94th minute got a chance for a shot 94th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. If Luís Gustavo Pimenta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the referee ended the match the Mesere players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
