Spectators: 51 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gigel Bucur took the kick off in the first half of the match. Anfilogino Amicone took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Koby Wright, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jax Williamson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gigel Bucur in the 6th minute of the match. In the 7th minute Gigel Bucur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Richard Mccarthy in the 9th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Toronto Marlies FC's Tracy Narcisse. After a defensive mix-up in Canada's zone, Gigel Bucur stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jax Williamson came out of the goal and Gigel Bucur tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 13 minutes had been played when some careless play by Toronto Marlies FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Koby Wright was slow to take the kick. During this time Canada's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Jan Dixon almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Toronto Marlies FC's Anfilogino Amicone did a great save. After a rather tough play, Toronto Marlies FC's Gino Goldstein got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 21st minute Gigel Bucur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Anfilogino Amicone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carter George in the 23rd minute of play. Gigel Bucur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jax Williamson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Anfilogino Amicone showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rohan Watson, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. In the 30th minute of the match Canada got a corner. Toronto Marlies FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Koby Wright ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jax Williamson made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Gigel Bucur sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rohan Watson in the 36th minute of play forced Toronto Marlies FC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Amicone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Carter George ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anfilogino Amicone was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 41 minutes into the game, Rohan Watson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Anfilogino Amicone was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Canada were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Koby Wright was the one to do the kick off. 0-4 became the score in the 53rd minute when Koby Wright elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Canada's Filip Edwards was substituted for Koby Wright. After 59 minutes Canada's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tracy Narcisse who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Toronto Marlies FC's Yetkiner Şems to fire away a dangerous shot which Jax Williamson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Anfilogino Amicone made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rohan Watson in the 77th minute of play. Toronto Marlies FC's Anfilogino Amicone played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rohan Watson in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute Gigel Bucur shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jax Williamson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gigel Bucur scored 1-4 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jax Williamson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Toronto Marlies FC made a substitution. Noel Hamlin replaced Fatsali Bedirhan. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filip Edwards in the 89th minute of play forced Toronto Marlies FC's goalkeeper Anfilogino Amicone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anfilogino Amicone showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filip Edwards in the 90th minute of the match. 92 minutes into the match, Toronto Marlies FC's goal looked a bit too open when Filip Edwards came free, but Anfilogino Amicone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 94 minutes into the match, Toronto Marlies FC's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Burton came free, but Anfilogino Amicone reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 94th minute, Theo Burton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Canada fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Toronto Marlies FC made a substitution. Qin Xing Shu replaced Tomas Ånger.
