Antapoca FC's Leon Llorenc proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Antapoca FC from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Antapoca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jacob Jakubowski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aristides Favila, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The Antapoca FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
