Ramon Piarres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 19th minute of the match A S Y A™ got a corner. El Salvador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Simon Loramendi ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led A S Y A™'s Simon Loramendi to fire away a dangerous shot which Ricardo Zorita despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience cheered loudly when Simon Loramendi's long shot in the 19th minute became 1-0 when the ball went to the left of and passed Ricardo Zorita. Abelardo Tiadoro made in the 22nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by El Salvador's Valentino Ferrant. A S Y A™'s Ramon Piarres got a good chance for a goal in the 25th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jesus Carvallo charged in rather forcefully in the 33rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Ricardo Zorita showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaias Florian, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Simon Loramendi managed to get in a good position for a shot. A S Y A™'s supporters rose to their feet, but Simon Loramendi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ricardo Zorita breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ricardo Zorita didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when A S Y A™'s Isaias Florian shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 5-0 in the ordered_time% minute.
