Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Daniel Zorita made the kick off which started today's match. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jabones Tocadores's Geronimo Ferrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Sebastián Puig in the 11th minute of play. The corner led Ecuador's Felix Montenegro to fire away a dangerous shot which Geronimo Ferrando despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 13 minutes, Felix Montenegro made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Jabones Tocadores's Geronimo Ferrando tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Jabones Tocadores's Geronimo Ferrando played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 15th minute of play. In the 18th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Ferrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 21st minute of play forced Jabones Tocadores's goalkeeper Geronimo Ferrando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristian Sancho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geronimo Ferrando read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. In the 25th minute, Igor Urtsua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Vera made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Mauro Astigar sent off a good shot on target. Geronimo Ferrando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 32nd minute. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Geronimo Ferrando despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 33rd minute, Daniel Zorita ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Geronimo Ferrando was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Geronimo Ferrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 36th minute of play. Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 41 minutes into the match, Jabones Tocadores's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Zorita came free, but Geronimo Ferrando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 43 minutes into the match, Mauro Astigar notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 46th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geronimo Ferrando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Igor Urtsua fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jabones Tocadores's protests and gave Igor Urtsua a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Jabones Tocadores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Urtsua didn't get a good kick on the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when David Alonso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 56 minutes into the game, Daniel Zorita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Geronimo Ferrando. Daniel Zorita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Geronimo Ferrando having to interfere. Geronimo Ferrando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Luis Andino's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. Geronimo Ferrando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 65th minute of play. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the match had gone on for 70 minutes, Felix Montenegro took a quick shot and it went in 1-4 without a chance for Geronimo Ferrando to make any attempt to save it. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Jabones Tocadores's goalkeeper Geronimo Ferrando had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. A collision led to Jabones Tocadores getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Mauro Astigar hit a great ball. Agustín Saelices's late challenge caught a Jabones Tocadores's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Agustín Saelices helped the player get up and apologised. In the 90th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. David Alonso struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jabones Tocadores. Geronimo Ferrando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Primitivo Bastian during the 95th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Jabones Tocadores's Primitivo Bastian got a free kick in the 96th minute.
