Korneliusz Ochabski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. In the 19th minute Edson-Arantes Maradona shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 20th minute of the match, Bartosz Furgat tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jonathan Ferrant saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After taking down the ball on TheLastDance's corner Addo Schiersand fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Jonathan Ferrant quite easily take care of the ball. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zachariasz Kociniewski having to interfere. Edson-Arantes Maradona took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. If Bartosz Furgat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartosz Furgat, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. 44 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Ángel Angulo. In the 46th minute, Edson-Arantes Maradona left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TheLastDance fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Miguel Ángel Angulo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Qian Bin Zhen came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomas Illescas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TheLastDance's Jedrzej Prusek was substituted for Roberto-Carlos Junior. 66 minutes into the match, TheLastDance's goalkeeper Zachariasz Kociniewski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of Venezuela:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of TheLastDance:s goal. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Camilo Gaos got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 71st minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. TheLastDance made a substitution. Miroslaw Brodzki replaced Carlinhos Vale. TheLastDance's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Addo Schiersand in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Ángel Angulo in the 82nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Ángel Angulo in the 83rd minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rigoberto Mina to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Jose Correa hit a great ball. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. TheLastDance had played much better football throughout.
