A hard shot 7 in the game by Domenico Tellini from a close distance when the talented Joaquin Gayoso managed to make a qualified save. Uruguay's players were relieved. After 7th play minutes Domenico Tellini shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Joaquin Gayoso and just under the crossbar into goal. 11 minutes into the match, All Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Luizinho de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of All Boys booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Escribano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Joaquin Gayoso made an important save on a dangerous shot by Pablo Solchaga in the 14th minute. The audience was convinced that Apolo Esiquio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Pablo Solchaga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Francisco Seco received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Luizinho de Queirós tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the match, All Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Luizinho de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Joaquin Gayoso successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 27 played minutes All Boys got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Solchaga. 29 minutes into the match, All Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Luizinho de Queirós reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pablo Solchaga in the 30thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 31st match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Seco to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, Domenico Tellini reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Joaquin Gayoso. The goal made the score 2-0. In the 41stth minute of the game Domenico Tellini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 43rd minute Maximiliano Escribano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luizinho de Queirós saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Pablo Solchaga made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Domenico Tellini had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Domenico Tellini was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Joaquin Gayoso came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by All Boys's Domenico Tellini. But to his dismay, Domenico Tellini quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 61 minutes into the match, Pablo Solchaga notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Alberto Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Domenico Tellini struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for All Boys. All Boys made a substitution. Carlos Soto replaced Tiburcio Bitxintxo. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Tellini, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute, Francisco Seco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Solchaga in the 76th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pablo Solchaga in the 79th minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Apolo Esiquio took the ball and in the 81 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Pablo Solchaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joaquin Gayoso having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano got a free kick in the 92nd minute. In the 96thth minute of the game Pablo Solchaga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Uruguay's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
