Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ismael Toscano prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 7 minutes into the game, Peru's Julian Murillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ismael Toscano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Ismael Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julian Murillo in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Crisólia FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Luz Tejedor came free, but Ismael Toscano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucas Beltran got free with Rolando Noboa in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 25th minute of the match Peru got a corner. Crisólia FBPA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luz Tejedor ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 25th minute, Eliseo Mina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 27 minutes into the game, Okaner Kayıhan threw the ball into play from the sideline. Peru's Eliseo Mina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Okaner Kayıhan made in the 34th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ke Zhi however managed to control. Rony Félix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ismael Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luz Tejedor in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd match minute, Peru was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliseo Mina to maneuver through the defense. Rosendo Colon kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Luz Tejedor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 45th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ismael Toscano. Crisólia FBPA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Julian Murillo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Crisólia FBPA's Ismael Toscano was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ismael Toscano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliseo Mina in the 54th minute of play. In the 55th minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. Moises Gayoso was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. A sloppy throw-in by Rodriguinho Diniz in the 58th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Peru's Eliseo Mina. Crisólia FBPA's Ismael Toscano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Crisólia FBPA from getting a goal against them. Crisólia FBPA's Ismael Toscano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 65th minute of play. A well-hit corner resulted in Alonso Berganza heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 66th minute Alonso Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ismael Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabrício Medeiros hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 73rd minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 76th minute of the game Moises Gayoso made a throw-in which Luz Tejedor played forward. Ismael Toscano made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luz Tejedor in the 78th minute. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru's Antonio Tenorio was substituted for Luz Tejedor. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. After taking down the ball on Peru's corner Rafael Gallo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Ismael Toscano quite easily take care of the ball. When the match had gone on for 86 minutes, Rafael Gallo put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Ismael Toscano. Joaquin Prats's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ismael Toscano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle sounded Peru left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Crisólia FBPA.
