Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Venezuela's Tomas Illescas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute of the game Renzo Kuder made a throw-in which Zija Pleteršek played forward. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ernes Flakus in the 7th minute. After 12 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. Klemen Mikuž stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Illescas's shot from short distance in the 14th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Agnaldo Ramalho notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zladko Terdič received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ludvik Anclin in the 32nd minute of the match. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludvik Anclin in the 33rd minute of play. In the 37th play minute Ernes Flakus came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Jonathan Ferrant. 2-0. In the 43rd minute Agnaldo Ramalho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Agnaldo Ramalho's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 45thth minute, Jonathan Ferrant skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Klemen Mikuž having to make a save. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Agnaldo Ramalho stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernes Flakus in the 51st minute of play. Tomas Illescas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Klemen Mikuž made a huge save. In the 61st minute, Ernes Flakus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Milky Way fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Ernes Flakus scored 4-0 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Agnaldo Ramalho in the 79th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Ernes Flakus made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. Milky Way's Ronald Verbič was substituted for Agnaldo Ramalho. After 91 played minutes Milky Way got a freekick which was hit by Renzo Kuder. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernes Flakus in the 93rd minute of play. In the 96th minute, Ronald Verbič made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Milky Way were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venezuela for a fine match.
