Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Farik Gagula didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. Mili Nesimović came free with the goalkeeper in the 11th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jonathan Ferrant could save by the left post. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Camilo Gaos hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samantha Farhat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute of the match Dobrinja FC got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Samantha Farhat ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Samantha Farhat showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 19 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Dobrinja FC's Xabat Miras got a free kick in the 26th minute. Teofilo Terciero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Samantha Farhat in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 36th minute, Patricio Costa made a precise shot to the right of Farik Gagula. Dobrinja FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. In the 39th minute, Teofilo Terciero got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Illescas was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute Mili Nesimović shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 56th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 58 minutes into the game, Mili Nesimović cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-1. Jonathan Ferrant was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The supporters of Dobrinja FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Illescas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Samantha Farhat came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samantha Farhat in the 77th minute of the match. Dobrinja FC made a substitution. Timoteo Frisco replaced Mili Nesimović. Dobrinja FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team.
