MOEBIO's Aquiles Castulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 8th minute of play. 10 minutes into the match, Tomas Berganza notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of MOEBIO's Aquiles Castulo. Aquiles Castulo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 14th minute, Tomas Berganza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aquiles Castulo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Aquiles Castulo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Cambeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Emanuel Mel to make the kick off. After 68 minutes of play, Panama's Dylan Sarmiento made it 0-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aquiles Castulo was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Matthew Garrido managed to get in a good position for a shot. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Matthew Garrido was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aquiles Castulo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Isidoro Sarmiento got free with Aquiles Castulo in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aquiles Castulo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Alex Cambeiro kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aquiles Castulo. That made the score 0-13 in the 83 minute of play. MOEBIO's Aquiles Castulo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 86th minute of play. After some careless play in the MOEBIO defense, Abraham Alguacil kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aquiles Castulo. The MOEBIO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aquiles Castulo should have stopped the shot. Aquiles Castulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 92nd minute of play. Aquiles Castulo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 93rd minute of play. Aquiles Castulo was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and Tomas Berganza capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tomas Berganza really showed his touch with that goal: 0-16. The MOEBIO fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Panama were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
