An unexpectedly hard shot by Dobromir Czekaj in the 26th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Altinova SK getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Jedrzej Hajto hit a great ball. In the 35th minute, Salvador Gisbert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arif Çelebi Civan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ilias Mavrakos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dobromir Czekaj in the 41st minute of play. In the 42nd minute Altinova SK were awarded a corner. Marian Falkowski went to the cornerflag to take it. Vefa Hünerli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 44th minute of the match. Venezuela's Tomas Illescas got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dobromir Czekaj to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 56th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. The throw-in from Camilo Gaos in the 58th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Altinova SK's Necmettin Arısan. Tomas Illescas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vefa Hünerli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Ilias Mavrakos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Ilias Mavrakos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ilias Mavrakos came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Altinova SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ilias Mavrakos couldn't finish the play. Jonathan Ferrant was a little too slow when Dobromir Czekaj got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 76th minute. The score was now 1-1. Dobromir Czekaj who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 83rdth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 85th minute, Jonathan Venegas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ilias Mavrakos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dobromir Czekaj hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. In the 94thth minute of the game Tomas Illescas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Altinova SK's Vefa Hünerli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
