Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Nils-Erik Soned tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Wit Walec, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cristian Sancho struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Nils-Erik Soned didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ecuador. Nils-Erik Soned showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Wit Walec came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils-Erik Soned saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Wit Walec stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Wit Walec tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nils-Erik Soned breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The corner ended in Matthias Ahlrot almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Ecuador's Julio Vera did a great save. 28 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nils-Erik Soned narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Agustín Saelices scored 1-3 in the 64th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nils-Erik Soned, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 67 minutes into the match, Fluet FK's goalkeeper Nils-Erik Soned had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Agustín Saelices. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roman Trzenzalski in the 71st minute of play. After 72 played minutes, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Nils-Erik Soned came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ecuador reached it. 77 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Roman Trzenzalski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
