After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigio Rozarius breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Florian Blochowiak to strike the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Florian Blochowiak managed to get in a good position for a shot. Perrucho FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Florian Blochowiak was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Florian Blochowiak's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Julio Vera read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Primitivo Andino got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Godofredo Hermon hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. 66 minutes into the match, Perrucho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Remigio Rozarius reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florian Blochowiak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Florian Blochowiak in the 71st minute of the match. The supporters of Perrucho FC booed when Ecuador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Primitivo Andino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Slütters fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 90 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gabriel Romero who took care of the corner kick. In the 95th match minute, Perrucho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Godofredo Hermon to maneuver through the defense. In the 97th minute, Florian Blochowiak ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Vera was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Perrucho FC had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
