Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Efrain Roldan started the match with the kick off. Joel Gaona received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Eugenio Asier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 4thth minute of the game Efrain Roldan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. CERPA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Natalio Kusko in the 6th minute. Natalio Kusko made a great header on CERPA's corner, it was just that Mexico's Dante Lacasa managed to reach the ball for a save. The crowd rose to their feet as CERPA's Victoriano Tonete slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dante Lacasa. That made the score 1-0 after 8 minutes of play. Eugenio Asier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 13th minute of the match. The supporters of Mexico booed when CERPA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Celestino Gau didn't get a good kick on the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victoriano Tonete. 21 minutes into the match, CERPA's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Eugenio Asier reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eugenio Asier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Douglas Denturck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eugenio Asier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Mancebo, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. The audience was convinced that Lautaro Mancebo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eugenio Asier was relentless in the 38th minute of the game. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

CERPA's Su Chuan was substituted for Ignacio Viviano. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joel Gaona to make the kick off. Eugenio Asier made a fantastic save in the 57th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. In the 58th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. CERPA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Facundo Cadaval was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 64th minute Efrain Roldan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Asier made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Lautaro Mancebo sent off a good shot on target. In the 67th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. CERPA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Eugenio Asier despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 69 minutes, Facundo Cadaval managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Facundo Cadaval was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lautaro Mancebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Eugenio Asier tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wilhelm Volle charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilhelm Volle the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 88th minute, CERPA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lautaro Mancebo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Alberto Tafalla came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alberto Tafalla couldn't finish the play. Lautaro Mancebo in the 92ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Eugenio Asier, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 98th minute, Celestino Gau hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 99 minutes, Douglas Denturck mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CERPA and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Facundo Cadaval kicked well hit freekick during the 100th minute of the match. When the referee blew the final whistle, CERPA could leave the field as winners, despite Mexico having more of the ball for most of the match.
