Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) FC NILS's Leif Ahlkvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 6 minutes into the game, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrik Wallander kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Rune Vacker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19thth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC NILS's Rune Vacker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rune Vacker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 20th minute of the match. FC NILS's Rune Vacker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 22nd minute of play. 27 minutes into the match, FC NILS's goal looked a bit too open when Agustín Saelices came free, but Rune Vacker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Agustín Saelices took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rune Vacker. Rune Vacker dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 31 minutes into the game, Agustín Saelices cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Rune Vacker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 34 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rune Vacker narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Rune Vacker stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

52 minutes into the match, Ecuador's Felix Montenegro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rune Vacker narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Rune Vacker made a huge save. Rune Vacker was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luis Andino showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 63 minute of play. 65 minutes into the match, FC NILS's goalkeeper Rune Vacker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Felix Montes. FC NILS's Rune Vacker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to save FC NILS from getting a goal against them. In the 68th minute, Agustín Saelices hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
