Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Isaias Gaitano received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Dante Lacasa came out and tried to block the shot, but Isaias Gaitano slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 3rd minute. Joel Gaona recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by CA Boca Jrs MdP's Roberto Aureo. But to his dismay, Roberto Aureo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roberto Aureo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Fonda in the 24th minute of play. Miguel Gonzales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 33rd minute of play. Joel Gaona sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Luca Zorita hit a great ball. CA Boca Jrs MdP's Miguel Gonzales played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 39th minute of play. Alberto Tafalla struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Miguel Gonzales didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind CA Boca Jrs MdP's goalkeeper Miguel Gonzales, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isaias Gaitano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, CA Boca Jrs MdP's Miguel Gonzales got control of the ball when Lautaro Mancebo tried to sneak it across the goal line. CA Boca Jrs MdP's Miguel Gonzales proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save CA Boca Jrs MdP from getting a goal against them. Roberto Aureo's late challenge caught a Mexico's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Roberto Aureo helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Mexico booed when CA Boca Jrs MdP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roberto Aureo didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to CA Boca Jrs MdP getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Diego Cagna hit a great ball. CA Boca Jrs MdP were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Mexico for a fine match.
