VIP's Dumitru Berca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ede Szász in the 19th minute of play. Kaan Winter made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Ţugui in the 22nd minute of play. After some careless play in the VIP defense, Ede Szász kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Dumitru Berca. The VIP fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dumitru Berca should have stopped the shot. Kaan Winter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dobri Karapetrov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sebastian Ţugui came free with the goalkeeper in the 29th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Kaan Winter could save by the left post. Ede Szász sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, STORM CORNER F.C.'s Kaan Winter got control of the ball when Sebastian Ţugui tried to sneak it across the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dobri Karapetrov in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kaan Winter saved STORM CORNER F.C. from getting behind. After 46 played minutes STORM CORNER F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cornelio Pacifico. Kaan Winter made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ştefan Coșereanu in the 47th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ştefan Coșereanu in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kaan Winter saved STORM CORNER F.C. from getting behind. After the first half STORM CORNER F.C. were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

51 minutes into the match, VIP's goal looked a bit too open when Ede Szász came free, but Dumitru Berca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kaan Winter showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dumitru Podgoreanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. After a rather tough play, VIP's Liu Sang Chao got a free kick in the 55th minute. Dumitru Berca made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Ede Szász sent off a good shot on target. In the 61st minute STORM CORNER F.C. were awarded a corner. Cesare Silvestre went to the cornerflag to take it. If Ede Szász had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dumitru Berca was a little too slow when Ede Szász got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 75th minute. The score was now 1-3. Ede Szász blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dumitru Berca having to make a save. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind VIP's goalkeeper Dumitru Berca, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
