Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertinho Alagoano in the 12th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, Axel Montenegro notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Lino Mazza. Lino Mazza was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Axel Montenegro in the 18th minute of play forced -BZF- Petrolul Berca's goalkeeper Lino Mazza to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's goal looked a bit too open when Kevin Mastache came free, but Lino Mazza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

-BZF- Petrolul Berca's Lino Mazza proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 50th minute of the match, managed to save -BZF- Petrolul Berca from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Lino Mazza got control of the ball when Axel Montenegro tried to sneak it across the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Colombia's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebiu Tunar came free, but Pedro Manzanares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 85th minute of the match, Kevin Mastache tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Lino Mazza saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 86th match minute, Colombia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Orlando Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, Abram Secada reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Lino Mazza. The goal made the score 2-2. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
