Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Ingars Miders started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ioan Mavrodin charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ioan Mavrodin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes Macaco F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Ioan Mavrodin. In the 5th match minute, Macaco F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingars Miders to maneuver through the defense. In the 6th minute Luis Andino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jorge Campos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ioan Mavrodin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Julio Vera didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ingars Miders went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ingars Miders's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jorge Campos was relentless in the 19th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ingars Miders in the 24th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingars Miders in the 25thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Julio Vera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A hard shot 28 in the game by Luisinho Lira from a close distance when the talented Julio Vera managed to make a qualified save. Ecuador's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Daniel Zorita put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Jorge Campos. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ingars Miders in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ioan Mavrodin in the 58th minute of the match. Macaco F.C.'s Jorge Campos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 61st minute of the match, managed to save Macaco F.C. from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Agustín Saelices took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Jorge Campos to make any attempt to save it. After a rather tough play, Macaco F.C.'s Ingars Miders got a free kick in the 67th minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingars Miders in the 73rd minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ingars Miders in the 76th minute of the match. 80 minutes into the match, Ingars Miders notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. Julio Vera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jorge Campos having to interfere. Ecuador were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Macaco F.C. to leave the ground with a draw.
