Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Veto Izaguirre got the match started through his kick off. Veto Izaguirre kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Tomas Illescas had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Milio Ortiz. Academy F6 Fernandao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tomas Illescas was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 7 played minutes, Academy F6 Fernandao's Oscar Otero shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Academy F6 Fernandao reached it. Milio Ortiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 15th minute of play. After 16 minutes of play, Academy F6 Fernandao's Arxel Patiño made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! Veto Izaguirre who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 23rdth minute tested the skills of Jonathan Ferrant when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Veto Izaguirre in the 24th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Cilio Viejo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Cilio Viejo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Izar Irureta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Academy F6 Fernandao's Veto Izaguirre in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Izar Irureta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Illescas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Milio Ortiz having to interfere. After 43 minutes, Jose Correa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Academy F6 Fernandao players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jose Correa hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 45 minutes into the game, Jonathan Venegas was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Academy F6 Fernandao the free kick. The supporters of Academy F6 Fernandao booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Venegas didn't get a good kick on the ball. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Tomas Illescas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Milio Ortiz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. When Academy F6 Fernandao's Veto Izaguirre in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Venezuela's goalie prevented a goal. Venezuela's Jose Correa got his second yellow card of the match in the 60th minute. The referee ordered Jose Correa off the ground. In the 60th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Patricio Costa struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Milio Ortiz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Venezuela. In the 70th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Costa to maneuver through the defense. Venezuela's Joshua Secada got a good chance for a goal in the 79th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Veto Izaguirre's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. 83 minutes into the game, Oscar Otero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academy F6 Fernandao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Venezuela the free kick. Joshua Secada's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 89thth minute, Milio Ortiz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Academy F6 Fernandao succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Venezuela had controlled the match.
