Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 3rd minute of play forced Maritek FC's goalkeeper Hélio O'Connell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Felix Garrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 15 minutes into the game, Maritek FC's Ferruccio Zarillo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Thiago Pliego made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 20 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hélio O'Connell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 23rd minute, Mariano Lacasa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hélio O'Connell was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. With a little luck, Chile's Thiago Pliego got control of the ball when Ferruccio Zarillo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Amola Bamba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Maritek FC's Hélio O'Connell played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 33rd minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Maritek FC's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Hélio O'Connell reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hélio O'Connell. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mariano Lacasa ran back to his position shaking his head. The throw-in from Filippo Lucente in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Chile's Pedro Indiano. Hélio O'Connell stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mariano Lacasa's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. Hélio O'Connell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ferruccio Zarillo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hélio O'Connell didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mariano Lacasa went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. 69 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Ferruccio Zarillo came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Hélio O'Connell in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mariano Lacasa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hélio O'Connell having to interfere. Maritek FC made a substitution. Mariano Lacasa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Hélio O'Connell firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Maritek FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Filippo Lucente hit a great ball. When Mariano Lacasa came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Lacasa couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Maritek FC's goalkeeper Hélio O'Connell, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Chile's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
