Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Julio Vera successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 9th minute BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS were awarded a corner. Valeriu Dănălache went to the cornerflag to take it. Valeriu Dănălache made a great header on BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's corner, it was just that Ecuador's Julio Vera managed to reach the ball for a save. Cristian Sancho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Epifanio Xacintu having to interfere. In the 13th match minute, BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filiberto Normando to maneuver through the defense. Epifanio Xacintu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of play. BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's Epifanio Xacintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 18th minute of play. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Epifanio Xacintu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's Epifanio Xacintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 30th minute of play. When BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's Filiberto Normando in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Valeriu Dănălache ran over to the corner to take the kick. A collision led to BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Ramiro Leizarraga hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valeriu Dănălache. Eddie Van Halen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Julio Vera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nicolas Pueblo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Zorita in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Epifanio Xacintu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 47th minute, Daniel Zorita made a precise shot to the right of Epifanio Xacintu. BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. Eddie Van Halen kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Daniel Zorita was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 55th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's Epifanio Xacintu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 57th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Filiberto Normando in the 61st minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Felix Montenegro who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 66thth minute tested the skills of Epifanio Xacintu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 70 minutes into the match, BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's goalkeeper Epifanio Xacintu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cristian Sancho. In the 71st minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Agustín Saelicess short, quick shot in the 72ndth minute got Epifanio Xacintu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 73rd minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. Ecuador's Felix Montenegro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Epifanio Xacintu in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 84 minutes into the game, BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS's Filiberto Normando nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Julio Vera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Eddie Van Halen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Julio Vera having to interfere. After 94 played minutes BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS got a freekick which was hit by Humberto Presebal. Antonio Arias hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Many of Ecuador's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Ecuador may have spent more time on the ball, but BeBeDoReS EnTrEnaDoS were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
