Abderrahmane Mekhloufi charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abderrahmane Mekhloufi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes GoooooooooooooooooooooooL got a freekick which was hit by Abderrahmane Mekhloufi. In the 28th minute Jarell Hill shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdellah Medjadi Guessoum saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's Nassim Mansouri slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Demonde Jacobson. That made the score 1-1 after 31 minutes of play. Friedrich Engels took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Demonde Jacobson was a little too slow when Friedrich Engels got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 3-1. Abdellah Medjadi Guessoum stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Finlay Stair's shot from short distance in the 43rd minute. The audience was convinced that Finlay Stair's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abdellah Medjadi Guessoum was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. Jean-Baptiste Meskine hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Jarell Hill managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jamaica's supporters rose to their feet, but Jarell Hill was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdellah Medjadi Guessoum breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Finlay Stair was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean-Baptiste Meskine in the 54th minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Finlay Stair dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Abdellah Medjadi Guessoum, 3-2. Nassim Mansouri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Jamaica's Geroy Ascue got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Friedrich Engels in the 64th minute of the match. Jarell Hill might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Abdellah Medjadi Guessoum. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jarell Hill ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Romon Oliver managed to get in a good position for a shot. GoooooooooooooooooooooooL's Abdellah Medjadi Guessoum proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save GoooooooooooooooooooooooL from getting a goal against them. Abdellah Medjadi Guessoum made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Finlay Stair sent off a good shot on target. Romon Oliver blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abdellah Medjadi Guessoum having to make a save. 86 minutes into the game, Romon Oliver recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abdellah Medjadi Guessoum. Romon Oliver showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. If Finlay Stair had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 92nd minute, Friedrich Engels ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demonde Jacobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-3. Nassim Mansouri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. In the 97th minute, Nassim Mansouri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GoooooooooooooooooooooooL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-3. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. GoooooooooooooooooooooooL fully deserved thier win.
