Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Frederico Hendrickx kicked off to start the match. Ray Clemence showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 3rd minute of the match. In the 5th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray Clemence saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Samai Asmawan scored 1-0 in the 6th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. USA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cassius Byrne in the 10th minute. USA's Cassius Byrne was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ray Clemence in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 14th minute Cassius Byrne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray Clemence saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute Lilcho Ilchov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the match, PHOENIX SC's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Ray Clemence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ray Clemence took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cassius Byrne, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 25 minutes into the match, USA's goalkeeper Marco Day had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Frederico Hendrickx. In the 26th minute PHOENIX SC were awarded a corner. Phoenix Kante went to the cornerflag to take it. A well-hit corner resulted in Samai Asmawan heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Ray Clemence showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Monty Rogers, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. In the 38th minute Samai Asmawan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 39th minute Monty Rogers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray Clemence saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lilcho Ilchov sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 46 minutes into the match, PHOENIX SC's goal looked a bit too open when Cassius Byrne came free, but Ray Clemence reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. USA were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after PHOENIX SC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cassius Byrne took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Monty Rogers heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The wind increased when Cassius Byrne made the kick off in the second half. PHOENIX SC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 51st minute, when Jacob May scored to the left of an out of position Ray Clemence, making the score, 1-1. 54 minutes into the match, Edward Mcdonald dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Ray Clemence, 1-2. PHOENIX SC's Aryeh Markovich was substituted for Lilcho Ilchov. If Monty Rogers had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Samai Asmawan in the 61st minute of the match. With a little luck, PHOENIX SC's Ray Clemence got control of the ball when Cassius Byrne tried to sneak it across the goal line. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Ray Clemence tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. USA made a substitution. Sam Campbell replaced Cassius Byrne. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Samai Asmawan in the 70th minute of play. With a little luck, PHOENIX SC's Ray Clemence got control of the ball when Edward Mcdonald tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ray Clemence showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 76th minute of the match. Frederico Hendrickx scored 2-2 in the 80th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 89th minute Sam Campbell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray Clemence saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute Khalid Parry shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ray Clemence saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ray Clemence made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Khalid Parry sent off a good shot on target. Ray Clemence made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sam Campbell in the 93rd minute of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the USA players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
