Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Augusto Stephen made the kick off which started today's match. Luca Rouco kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 4th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Augusto Stephen. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvard Carlsson in the 11th minute of play. If Alberto Tafalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Shen Yi Yuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Goblins F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Shen Yi Yuan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, one of Goblins F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 33rd minute there was a penalty for Mexico. Joel Gaona stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Shen Yi Yuan. 0-1. Cris Beckenbauer hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. After 44 played minutes Goblins F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Zeca Carneiro. After having played for 46 minutes, Alberto Tafalla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mexico's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alberto Tafalla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Goblins F.C. getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Augusto Stephen hit a great ball. After the first half Mexico were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joel Gaona was the one to do the kick off. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edvard Carlsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvard Carlsson in the 54th minute of the match. When Augusto Stephen came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Goblins F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Stephen couldn't finish the play. Shen Yi Yuan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Shen Yi Yuan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. In the 61st minute Augusto Stephen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Augusto Stephen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Goblins F.C.'s Shen Yi Yuan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Goblins F.C. from getting a goal against them. Lautaro Mancebo might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Shen Yi Yuan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lautaro Mancebo ran back to his position shaking his head. Zeca Carneiro charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zeca Carneiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Augusto Stephen kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Shen Yi Yuan having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 83 minutes, Alberto Tafalla took a quick shot and it went in 0-2 without a chance for Shen Yi Yuan to make any attempt to save it. Alberto Tafalla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Shen Yi Yuan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Shen Yi Yuan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 89th minute. In the 92nd minute, Ferenc Ferencz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Augusto Stephen struck a weak shot in the 94th minute. Dante Lacasa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Goblins F.C.. Mexico played a much better game than Goblins F.C. and deserved their victory. The Goblins F.C. players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
