In the 3rd minute Mariano Lacasa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pawel Madej saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olimpia Koło's goalkeeper Pawel Madej, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cyryl Adamus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Thiago Pliego tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olimpia Koło's Pawel Madej played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 13th minute of play. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Skjold in the 25th minute of play. The supporters of Olimpia Koło booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Manzanedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Tzonyo Shkodrev in the 28th minute really tested Thiago Pliego's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 29 minutes into the game, Chile's Mariano Lacasa nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pawel Madej made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Cyryl Adamus sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pawel Madej made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 37th minute of play. In the 40th minute Sylwester Majorski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 42nd minute of play forced Olimpia Koło's goalkeeper Pawel Madej to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chile's Thiago Pliego proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Chile from getting a goal against them. The Olimpia Koło players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Chile were winning 0-1.

After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Alan Tamayo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pawel Madej quite easily take care of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Chile's Mariano Lacasa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Pawel Madej. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Pawel Madej in the 59th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 63 minutes into the match, Olimpia Koło's goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Pawel Madej reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mariano Lacasa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but Pawel Madej made a huge save. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Skjold in the 67th minute of the match. Mariano Lacasa received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pawel Madej came out and tried to block the shot, but Mariano Lacasa slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 81st minute. 84 minutes into the match, Olimpia Koło's goalkeeper Pawel Madej had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mariano Lacasa. 92 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Olimpia Koło's Pawel Madej. Pawel Madej was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Mariano Lacasa came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Chile fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mariano Lacasa couldn't finish the play. The Olimpia Koło supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chile's performance. The match ended with a win for Chile.
