Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaaf Gendre in the 12th minute of the match. Rigoberto Mina lost his temper 14 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. Rigoberto Mina kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Zbigniew Narbut struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Les Presidents FC. After 18th play minutes Hermelando Coello shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Jonathan Ferrant and just under the crossbar into goal. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Hermelando Coello took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Nic Van Gestelt made in the 27th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Hermelando Coello. Gustaaf Gendre struck a weak shot in the 28th minute. When the match had gone on for 30 minutes, Gustaaf Gendre took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. After 32 played minutes Les Presidents FC got a freekick which was hit by Amadeo Guillelme. Jonathan Ferrant made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Hermelando Coello sent off a good shot on target. In the 35th minute Les Presidents FC were awarded a corner. Zbigniew Narbut went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hermelando Coello got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 45th minute, Gustaaf Gendre made a precise shot to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. Venezuela's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Gustaaf Gendre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Jonathan Ferrant tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gregory Thielemans charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 76th minute Hermelando Coello shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gustaaf Gendre in the 79th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Venezuela's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Les Presidents FC the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in Venezuela fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! In the 87th minute of the game Nic Van Gestelt made a throw-in which Hermelando Coello played forward. After a rather tough play, Les Presidents FC's Ivan Terhorst got a free kick in the 89th minute. A collision led to Les Presidents FC getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Gustaaf Gendre hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hermelando Coello in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. In the 97th minute, Nic Van Gestelt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
