In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Jonathan Ferrant was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but 程益亦 showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 42 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomas Illescas to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, 贺远翔 stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and 贺远翔 tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 乔银宇, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. In the 61stth minute of the game 贺远翔 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Illescas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rigoberto Mina lost his temper 65 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 64 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Venezuela! Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 贺远翔, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The throw-in from Guillermo Mariano in the 76th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by 晏城野球队's 程益亦. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 陆晨伟 went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 贺远翔 in the 82nd minute of play. Patricio Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 陆晨伟 in the 89th minute of the match. In the 93rd of the match, Patricio Costa tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but 赵昂沙 got in the way and made a wonderful save.
