Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dewa Gol in the 4th minute. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 7th minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Cláudio-André Taffarel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 9th minute of play. The supporters of Bograngen booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rigoberto Mina didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 14 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. In the 15th minute, Sergiu Cheptene left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bograngen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Cláudio-André Taffarel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 18th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Bograngen's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Cláudio-André Taffarel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dewa Gol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dewa Gol struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bograngen. Tomas Illescas might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cláudio-André Taffarel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomas Illescas ran back to his position shaking his head. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Cláudio-André Taffarel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 29 minutes into the match, Bograngen's Dewa Gol sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonathan Ferrant narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Bograngen's Gabriel Cordero got a free kick in the 31st minute. Jonathan Ferrant made an important save on a dangerous shot by Dewa Gol in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Illescas in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cláudio-André Taffarel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aleko Vangelov made in the 41st minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Min Hero. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Bograngen made a substitution. Sven-Olof Eklund replaced Erland Stenqvist. The referee gave Bograngen a penalty, 55 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dewa Gol, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant. 3-0. After a defensive mix-up in Venezuela's zone, Dewa Gol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal and Dewa Gol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dewa Gol in the 69th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dewa Gol in the 71st minute of the match. A collision led to Bograngen getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Dewa Gol hit a great ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dewa Gol in the 77th minute of play. After 79 minutes of play, Bograngen's Dewa Gol made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 84th minute, Lv Zhen Ning hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dewa Gol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Dewa Gol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. After 96 played minutes Bograngen got a freekick which was hit by Lv Zhen Ning. In the 99th minute Tomas Illescas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio-André Taffarel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Venezuela players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Bograngen.
