Jedrzej Kiszkiel replaced William Westelinx. Jenson Smith got a throw-in 78 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Diego Bradley. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jedrzej Kiszkiel in the 80th minute of the match. Rene Vereijt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sam Campbell, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. 85 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Hamza Yavaş came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Ouagadougou National were awarded a corner in the 93th minute after USA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hamza Yavaş took the corner. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baba R. Hansen in the 94th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Sam Campbell kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rene Vereijt. That made the score 1-2 in the 95 minute of play. The FC Ouagadougou National fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. USA were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
