Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Mariano Lacasa started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 4 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cormoranii -MM-'s Dino Zoff. Dino Zoff was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 9 minutes into the match, Chile's Orlando Casaus sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dino Zoff narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Roberto Perfumo during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Cormoranii -MM-'s Dino Zoff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Fontirroig in the 13th minute of play. Dino Zoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Marcel Vulpe was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cormoranii -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chile the free kick. In the 17th match minute, Cormoranii -MM- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcel Vulpe to maneuver through the defense. Dino Zoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Mariano Lacasa scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dino Zoff, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Dino Zoff, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cormoranii -MM-'s Dino Zoff played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 29th minute of play. Dino Zoff showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 39 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Cormoranii -MM-! 42 minutes into the match, Cormoranii -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Mariano Lacasa came free, but Dino Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 44th minute of the match Chile got a corner. Cormoranii -MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mariano Lacasa ran over to the corner to take the kick. After the first half Chile were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Valer Uduleanu in the 50th minute of play forced Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mariano Lacasa blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Dino Zoff having to make a save. Chile's Mariano Lacasa got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 57th minute of play forced Cormoranii -MM-'s goalkeeper Dino Zoff to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dino Zoff came out of the goal in the 59th minute to try and stop a shot by Chile's Mariano Lacasa. But to his dismay, Mariano Lacasa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Thiago Pliego showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornel Panaitescu in the 62nd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Valer Uduleanu came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 67 in the game by Mariano Lacasa from a close distance when the talented Dino Zoff managed to make a qualified save. Cormoranii -MM-'s players were relieved. Chile's Thiago Pliego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugen Boldur in the 68th minute of play. Thiago Pliego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Costel Diaconu in the 70th minute of play. In the 76th minute, Guillermo Fontirroig hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 84 minutes of play, Cormoranii -MM-'s Valer Uduleanu made it 1-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thiago Pliego was left in no man's land by his defense there! The supporters of Cormoranii -MM- booed when Chile was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Tamayo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Cormoranii -MM-'s Dino Zoff got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Mariano Lacasa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Dino Zoff. Cormoranii -MM-'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mariano Lacasa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. The Chile players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
