Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) East Telde United's Piotr Gacek started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Piotr Gacek came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind East Telde United's goalkeeper Llorenc Silvestre, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Piotr Gacek in the 18th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anísio Arósio in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Mexico's Joel Gaona nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Llorenc Silvestre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Llorenc Silvestre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With a little luck, Mexico's Dante Lacasa got control of the ball when Anísio Arósio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute of the match Mexico got a corner. East Telde United's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Joel Gaona ran over to the corner to take the kick. Dante Lacasa was a little too slow when Piotr Gacek got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 37th minute. The score was now 2-1. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Quinito Rosas, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Joel Gaona made a kick off. 53 minutes into the game, one of Mexico:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Dante Lacasa had in the 55thth minute some difficulties stopping Joaquin Flores's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Dante Lacasa came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by East Telde United's Joaquin Flores. But to his dismay, Joaquin Flores quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luca Zorita got free with Llorenc Silvestre in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 59th minute. The corner ended in Luca Rouco almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but East Telde United's Llorenc Silvestre did a great save. Mexico were awarded a corner in the 64th minute after East Telde United's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joel Gaona took the corner. Llorenc Silvestre made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Alberto Tafalla sent off a good shot on target. When Lautaro Mancebo came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Mexico fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lautaro Mancebo couldn't finish the play. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Alberto Tafalla hit a great ball. In the 92ndth minute of the game Anísio Arósio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexico's Dante Lacasa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. East Telde United's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
