Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Axel Tasis made the kick off and thus started the match. Bath Boyce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lautaro Puig, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Bath Boyce showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Axel Tasis in the 8th minute of the match. Paco Everett might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benito Sanz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paco Everett ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Eliseo Noboa got a free kick in the 17th minute. Paco Everetts short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Benito Sanz to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Paco Everett came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Boroondara Milan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paco Everett couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Costa Rica's Benito Sanz got control of the ball when Paco Everett tried to sneak it across the goal line. Benito Sanz made a fantastic save in the 23rd minute, when Paco Everett sent off a good shot on target. After 25 minutes of play, Boroondara Milan's Kris Pearse made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Bath Boyce stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Tasis's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. Alexander Carballo hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Ned Mills was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 33rd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Paco Everett made a kick off. A collision led to Boroondara Milan getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Benny Atkin hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Boroondara Milan's zone, Axel Tasis stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bath Boyce came out of the goal and Axel Tasis tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 55th minute, Lautaro Puig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 56 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. Aaron Alcocer charged in rather forcefully in the 60th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aaron Alcocer the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aaron Alcocer kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Eliseo Noboa. After 71 minutes of play, Boroondara Milan's Paco Everett made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Hugo Ferrant got a free kick in the 83rd minute. In the 85th minute, Ned Mills sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Costa Rica's Benito Sanz didn't even have to move. Jason Sperling received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kris Pearse took the ball and in the 90 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. In the 94th minute, Kris Pearse left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boroondara Milan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Boroondara Milan had played much better football throughout.
