Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Teobald Karanewski made the kick off and thus started the match. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobald Karanewski in the 3rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teobald Karanewski in the 6th minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Mina in the 7th minute of play forced Carpathians's goalkeeper Călin Ghioncu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Dobay in the 8th minute of play. Julian Murillo scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Călin Ghioncu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute, Teobald Karanewski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Carpathians fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teobald Karanewski in the 19th minute of the match. With a little luck, Peru's Rolando Noboa got control of the ball when Stefan Dobay tried to sneak it across the goal line. Teobald Karanewski's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Rolando Noboa skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Carpathians's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. Călin Ghioncu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Julian Murillo's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Peru's Emmanuel Reyes got a free kick in the 44th minute. 45 minutes into the match, Carpathians's Teobald Karanewski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rolando Noboa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Călin Ghioncu came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

55 minutes into the match, Carpathians's goalkeeper Călin Ghioncu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Julian Murillo. Constantin Bot made in the 60th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Ercan Sabahaddin immediately put the ball in play. 63 minutes into the match, Carpathians's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Murillo came free, but Călin Ghioncu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Julian Murillo in the 65th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Călin Ghioncu saved Carpathians from getting behind. Carpathians's Roque Arixo was substituted for Pär Öman. The throw-in from Constantin Bot in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Peru's Efraim Gilabert. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 81st minute of play forced Carpathians's goalkeeper Călin Ghioncu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Peru made a substitution. Eliseo Alcocer replaced Moises Gayoso. Peru made a substitution. Rafael Gallo replaced Julian Murillo. Peru made a substitution. Antonio Tenorio replaced Luz Tejedor. Constantin Bot got a throw-in 84 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Ercan Sabahaddin. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Rafael Gallo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Peru's supporters rose to their feet, but Rafael Gallo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Călin Ghioncu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Carpathians's Alin Nichitelea got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carpathians's Călin Ghioncu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 90th minute of the match, managed to save Carpathians from getting a goal against them. Rolando Noboa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alin Nichitelea, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Călin Ghioncu was out of position in the 95 minute of play, and Rafael Gallo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rafael Gallo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Peru eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
