Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tomas Illescas took the kick off in the first half of the match. 12 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tage Backlund. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Tage Backlund took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Alex Chicote hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. After having played for 20 minutes, César Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Xiboquinha FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but César Moraes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Manoel Couto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Xiboquinha FC booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alex Chicote didn't get a good kick on the ball. César Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Illescas in the 31st minute of play forced Xiboquinha FC's goalkeeper Rony Zanette to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 34th minute, Tage Backlund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tage Backlund went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. In the 41st match minute, Xiboquinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kléberson Sanches to maneuver through the defense. In the 42nd minute, Alex Chicote hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 43rd minute, Venezuela's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jeremias Preuss fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tage Backlund to make the kick off. A collision led to Xiboquinha FC getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. César Moraes hit a great ball. In the 54th match minute, Xiboquinha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrey Villasante to maneuver through the defense. After 58 played minutes Xiboquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Andrey Villasante. Tage Backlund's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. Jeremias Preuss might have been able to make a better finish in the 61st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeremias Preuss ran back to his position shaking his head. After 69 played minutes Xiboquinha FC got a freekick which was hit by Manoel Couto. Rony Zanette made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Costa in the 79th minute of play. If Tomas Illescas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tage Backlund, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tage Backlund's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by César Moraes in the 88th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rony Zanette made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Xiboquinha FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
